From the Valentine, by Edith Shelton:
35mm color slide of 2520 E. Franklin Street in Church Hill (Anthony Turner House); image shows a two-story brick house with raised basement; green-painted trim around windows and on front porch; brick wall with greenery surrounds house; young girl leans on iron work fence in foreground; brick row houses visible on
25th26th Street.
Took me a minute to place this and make the jump that those houses are Reed Square now.
Have to have access to that picture of my house with those others in the background. It is the best picture yet of what was there before Reed Square.

The house Deanna Lewis did such a wonderful restoration job on. Amazing photo!
John – I’ll have the Valentine copy the image to a DVD from the original slide next time I am there.
Stacie, thanks for your kind words about my work. It means a lot. It is an amazing house.
amazing picture showing that porch–good work Deanna!
