Ghetto – coming to Netflix in 2017?

Video intro for a show set in RVA called “Ghetto” that’s getting good play on Facebook, tagged that it’ll be on Netflix in 2017. Haven’t been able to confirm that bit yet, but it looks like it’d be good.
The short is written/directed by Ed Da Realist AKA Edward Green, and directed/music by MrGoodEvening.

Not sure why the camera is on the Bottom when there are no “courts” down there? I’d watch the pilot and see if it is any good.
Where in RVA is the yellow “give me liberty” mural?
Not sure how I feel about the word “Ghetto” and how it may be used in this.
