Opioid Overdose Info Session at Adya Yoga and Ayurveda

Adya Yoga and Ayurveda is hosting an Opioid Overdose Info Session on April 20:

Richmond is not immune to the opioid epidemic spreading across the country, and it is very likely you or someone you know is or has been affected by this dangerous addiction. Emily Grubb, a nursing student at J Sargent Reynolds Community College will be presenting infomration on opioid overdoses, including how to recognize an overdose, how to help someone who has overdosed before the rescue squad arrives on scene, and how to administer Narcan.

This event is free and open to the public. No registration required. We hope you will join us for this important information so that we can be of better service to the members of our Richmond community.
