Second Annual Black History Month Extravaganza

Councilwoman Delores McQuinn honored nearly twenty residents and others at Saturday’s Second Annual Black History Month Extravaganza at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School. The 7th District’s Community Heritage Awards 2005 were presented to men and women who were recognized has having done important work in the community. The day also included exhibits, performance, and a soul food dinner.
