active neighborhood and civic organizations?

The city site has a list of neighborhood and civic organizations within the Seventh District. I’m wondering if all of these are really fuctional… Are there any that you can say are or are not active?
The New Vision Civic League is in full effect. I also know that the Church Hill Association and the Unity Civic League are active organizations, but I haven’t heard too much from the others.
Perhaps our city counsel representative can speak to that since the list appears on her web page. Does anyone know how to elicit a response from her?
