The Church Hill Crime Watch meeting and the 7th District Town Hall meeting were both tonight. We went to the crime watch meeting — maybe someone else can tell us about the townhall meeting? the suspect description chart would appear to be helpful in identifying criminals who stepped straight out of the nineteen-fifties.
perhaps it was designed to help dick tracy nab those pesky jewel thieves.
