15-year-old arrested in last week’s Fairmount murder (UPDATED)

Richmond Police have arrested and charged a 15-year-old Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School student with killing Elaine Bowens last week on the 1300 block of North 23rd Street. Another boy, age unknown, was also arrested on Tuesday and are investigators seeking to arrest a young adult in the shooting. [via][via]
Police seek third suspect in slaying
Detectives obtained warrants on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and use of a firearm during a felony against Raymond Lamont Seward, 18, of Richmond. Police said Seward is armed and dangerous.
Investigators ask anyone with information to call the Richmond Police Department Detective Division at (804) 646-6741 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
Third teen arrested in shooting death
Raymond Seward, 18, of Richmond is charged with murder in the death of Bowens, a 55-year-old grandmother.
