Jefferson Park updates

RRPF has accepted Friends of Jefferson Park is an offical partner group; new traffic signs have been installed around the park.

Today at its regular meeting, the Board of Directors of the Richmond Recreation and Parks Foundation accepted the Friends of Jefferson Park as an official partner group. The Friends of Jefferson Park can now accept tax deductible donations to be used to improve the park.

In other new, new traffic signs were recently installed around Jefferson Park. Several new chevrons were added to the traffic circle at Mosby and
Princess Anne. The formerly hidden YIELD sign at the SW corner of N. 21st and Princess Anne is now VISIBLE thanks to strategic realignment of the bus stop and
‘no parking’ signs. There is also a new “dead end” sign at the corner of Mosby and the 1900 block of Princess Anne. Last, but not least, is a big yellow graphic “playground” sign at the same corner.
