Who is the artist?

There is a painting of 2 birds attached to the front of the vacant store at Leigh and 25th. Can anyone put me in touch with the artist?
I’d like to get one of their paintings but I’m not comfortable taking it off of the building (and that seems like a good place for it).
Yeah, we’d like one too. If you find out who it is let me know.
You might try posting on LiveJournal’s RVA group, I have a feeling it’s someone who’s not local to the hill.
Maybe it doesn’t matter who did it… leave it alone.
read again, please: I would like to buy a piece of their artwork. You reckin’ that might be ok?
some art isn’t meant to be bought
Sure, that’s true, but not really the point here unless you are speaking for the person making the art. So — are you?
that building is the museum.
are you high?
Maybe Larry Lorka has moved out of the fan and decided not to put it on a street sign this time.
Compare that shade of blue.
“I wish my lawn were emo so it would cut itself.”
The building is next door to my house – i will ask the owner for info.on the artist and if i find anything out i’ll post the info. here.
if you look closely, you can almost spot a number in each area…I think it is a paint by numbers kit that someone did not follow the directions on
Those are not numbers. They are part of a pattern. The birds were cut out of some type of material like wallpaper or contact paper. You can see where one corner has lifted off slightly.
