Today’s RTD has a long look at Fairfield Elementary School, School is an SOL success.

“Last year, almost every student at the east Richmond school, nestled alongside its namesake public-housing project, passed their state Standards of Learning tests. In subject after subject, Fairfield’s pass rates showed significant improvement over past years and exceeded city and state averages.”
