Dog training this Sunday

Jennifer Kyzer of Pets at Play will be hosting the workshop Controlled Walk/Heel, Come Dog Training this Sunday, October 7th, from 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at Fulton Hill Studios (1000 Carlisle Avenue). The cost is $25. [via]

Needed: 6 foot leash, 15-20 foot training lead (no retractables), treats, choke chain recommended for best results. We will be doing a lot of walking, so please wear appropriate walking shoes.

Workshop held at Fulton Hill Studios at 1000 Carlisle Avenue. From Main Street in the bottom, follow west to turn left onto Williamsburg Road after passing Poe’s Pub, follow up the hill and turn left onto Union Street at the Fire Station, Studios are on left (old school building with blue doors). Park in the parking lot by the school and we will work in the other parking lot and in the field.
