The RTD’s Housing 101 a helpful class looks at the free first-time homebuyers class offered monthly at the East End library. Freda Green-Bolling, the VHDA-certified trainer who leads the sessions, herself bought a house in Fairmount through the Neighborhoods in Bloom program program and Better Housing Coalition.
Time and date?
It has been the last Saturday, 10AM – 4PM for the past few months. Keep an eye on the East End library calendar for the next set of dates.
