River City Rapids turned us on to a post on Bagpipe Fever where they visit Richmond on The Thames and get to really compare the view that so inspired William Byrd.

That view is an absolute uncanny rendition of the Libbie Hill view of Church Hill. I wish our park, however, was as well kept up with ironwork, hedges, maintained cobblestones, and the like. At least it gives us something to shoot for.
Do we have any updates as to the Echo Harbor development?
