Want to learn more about proposed changes to the Chimborazo recreation and playground area? The Friends of Chimborazo Playground, the City of Richmond Department of Parks & Recreation and BAM Architects have scheduled three meetings at which you can learn more and share your thoughts.

Sept 16 – CHA Meeting – quick presentation about proposed redesign of the recreation/playground area

Sept 30, 6:30 pm – Focus Group Meeting at St. John’s Parish Hall– BAM Architects will present the proposed park redesign at the third and last focus group meeting. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend and ask questions, share feedback and make suggestions about the design.

Sept 30, 6pm – A Friends of Chimborazo Playground membership meeting at St. John’s Parish Hall. Membership is free and open to anyone interested in making the park a safer, more beautiful place. Membership meeting starts at 6pm; focus group meeting begins at 6:30pm.
