HEY Y’ALL!
10/30/2008 7:06 PM by John M
Y’alls Grill is now open in former Malone’s Place on 25th Street by the post office.
what kinds of food Y’ALL servin’ up in there?
YIPPIE!! What be the hours in case Y’all want to come on in?
This one seems to have slipped under the radar. Why all of the secrecy? And what kind of food?
PREVIOUSLY:
Most everything is a year old and there was a movie filmed there and then all interest dropped figuring that it was only a movie set? I found your photo but the link in “the once and future BBQ joint” (post #39) takes you to a thread that doesn’t have any mention of Malone’s, Y’all, or 25th Street (doing text search) and no mention as to what kind of resturant it will be?
I just got back from having lunch at Y’alls. I was greeted at the door with a big welcome and presented a menu that spoke to my need for some simple good food. My friend and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a cheese steak, you know basic lunch food from a grill.
Both items tasted great. I especially appreciated the freshly grilled mushroom, peppers and onions.
The waitress was really nice and kept my coffee cup full. She seemed to have a real sincere interest in making our visit a good one. The owner stopped by our table to talk a bit about the neighborhood and expressed some interest in moving here at some point.
I have visited The Ranch, Y’Alls sister restaurant many times and always enjoyed the freshly cooked food from their grill. I am glad we now have that same option closer to home. I think the unpretentious atmosphere will make for a great community spot for a quick lunch or place to relax with friends. Check it out soon.
Where’s the Ranch?
Awesome! I cant wait till the Huffstuffler says it’s lousy.
(That’s how you will know its good!)
ROFL!!!!
The Ranch is at 1600 Brook Road- in an industrial part of the City. Alot of people havent heard of it because it is off the beaten path–good homestyle food-great service and good prices.
Whodat!
Why did you have to even go there (innuendos)? You just can’t leave well enough alone. Have I mentioned anything at all one way or the other about this place? I am hoping for someplace that has “Blue Plate” specials one day. Possibly these people will do just that if they feature home cookin’ ? I would welcome that (as well as a more upscale restaurant in C.H.)
Sounds like they specialize in Thai cuisine with a chinese twist?
I cant wait to order some Kaeng Khua Saparo. Yum!!!!
Hey WhoDat!
Does the Kaeng Khua Saparo come with fortune cookie and happy ending?
I think that happy ending is on the menu at the King’s Retreat…
bah-bahm-chick-a-bahm-bahmm…..
i wish them well BUT I am afraid they do not get the idea of Good Ingrediants, honestly prepared with high standards.
are there any veggie options there?

11am -10 pm Monday-Sunday.
The owner told us that they will be open until 2:00pm when they get their liquor license.
I believe the zoning was grandfathered on this place.
Sorry, I mean’t 2:00 AM.
..just had a tasty salmon cake “burger” on a good sour-dough roll with cole-slaw on the side.
very nice staff. they gave us a free taste of the chili which my dining companion enjoyed. i don’t eat meat, so i made a few requests for menu options for my fellow veggies.
what a great addition to our neighborhood.
y’all go!
it’s really cool that it’s there. i just feel bad that i can’t eat much of anything on the menu! can’t please everyone, i guess. i can always eat the fries, though!
hey veggie, go in and let the cook know your wishes, you might be suprised. they seem very eager to please.
I’ve sampled the chili, fries, salmon cake, hamburger, salad, fried okra, onion rings and steamed broccoli. All good and reasonable prices. The owner and staff are very friendly and want suggestions about types of food the neighborhood wants them to serve. I think this could be a Comfort for Church Hill.
cool. thanks elaine! i will do just that.
All sound good so far. Wish they were open for breakfast or brunch. Drove by this past Sunday and they were closed. Are they keeping the Malone sign? I ask because it is still there though they are a different name and may confuse newbies.
Simple comfort food is always welcome… as long as everything is “home made” like dinner rolls, mashed potatoes, etc…
the head cook must have been sent from heaven.i think his name is Royal. great job great choice.
Our new favorite place.
I like this place. They always make me feel like they are glad to see me. Why does Eric always have to be so unhappy with every thing? I don’t think he has even dropped in, but he is already critical of their rolls, signage, and mashed potatoes. Hmmmm?
Bill… No, I have not visited yet. No, I am not critical of the place. I merely stated a personal liking of “home made” foods and not out of a box. That is because I have fond memories of a place back home called The Blue Star Diner. It was small and old but always packed and had excellent made from scratch foods real cheap. I am only hoping this place that I have heard serving home cooked meals will also serve home made. That is why there are critic reviews and restaurant guides. To be able to make selective choices based upon them “before” you go.
As far as signage, I feel that was a fair question. Why have a place named Y’all but no signs saying so but only an old Malone’s sign that has been on an empty building for years?
Eric
in case you havent noticed some people are born with the crybaby gene. it manifests as a preoccupation with other peoples business and an inability to show common sense. see if you havent been to a business why would you talk shit about it? oh yeah because you are a narrow minded knowitall geek with diahrea of the keyboard . all that said restaraunts are not stealth bombers and do not open in a vacuum. the new owners deserve kudos for outlasting the kafkaesque maze of bullshit that must be navigated to open a business in church hill. how about giving them a shot instead of the same drivel perpetuated by the churchhill assoc of crybaby dorks masquerading as concerned citizens?eat there. make your own decision. remember some people are just born miserable. luckily these people seem to die young from an overabundance of self inflicted stress.buddycorbett
Buddy,
I give them kudos for making a go in this area but at the same time you have to admit, passing by the place doesn’t look any different than when it has been empty for many years. Do you think everyone in Church Hill reads these threads or received (let alone keep) a flyer? I would think the ‘First’ thing a new business owner would do is to be visible and look open. That would include the signage. Only logical for success.
Eric
I hate to agree with Eric, but the point about the sign is good. I didn’t even notice a new place had opened until I read it here. Maybe they haven’t changed it yet because they are still getting things together.
The sign company has been slow to come up with an acceptable design the new restaurant wanted and the installation of the sign has been delayed. You are right Eric, that has not helped business. They have used a sandwich sign and balloons to announce the opening.
I guess I just grow tired of the constant critiquing of everything and everyone– why not just stop by and check the joint out??
Unwad your panties (sign worry warts). Went to the Post Office and noticed workmen installing a new sign over the door of Ya’lls Grill.
Hey look the sign is up!
Sign is up… looks great BUT every time I pass by when it is convenient for me they are closed. I passed by on Sunday, and after 7pm on a weeknight as well. How can they stay in business with such limited hours not catering to Sunday family or dinner patrons? What are their hours?
The bars on the door don’t look very inviting…
The bars on the door does makes it look like it is always closed. The small high front windows doesn’t give you a look inside either and has a feel of claustrophobia. Probably worked in the 1950s as a “private club” type business but not very inviting by today’s standards for a restaurant to draw people in. It needs some face remodeling.
Sounds cozy like a womb -a nice break from watching traffic or winter blinding light.
I say leave the front of the restaurant the same, including the bars on the door. Why waste money, time, materials, energy on exterior decor for a grill serving cheap comfort food. We’re in the middle of a world wide economic meltdown people!
What counts is good food and people.
Just went there today for lunch – the food was excellent and the interiors were very welcoming. The staff there were friendly and I’ll be going back there again – good food for a very good price! As far as exteriors go, it reminds me of neighborhood bars in Philly or New York City – nothing to speak of on the outside – all of the character is inside.
The bars on your mom’s door do make it look like it is always closed. The small high front windows on your mom doesn’t give you a look inside either and has a feel of claustrophobia. Your mom probably worked in the 1950s as a “private club†type business but not very inviting by today’s standards for a mom to draw people in. Your mom needs some face remodeling.
The ones who are negative on this blog and other blogs on this site – please change your tune and try to think positively about this and many other items in the neighborhood. Give someone credit for trying to restore life to an otherwise vacant business, building or house. Support your neighbors who are trying to do the best they can. Quit your whining and downtrodden behavior. A lot of you-all amaze me with how you look for and perpetuate the negative in everything.
Sorry Julie, but one could say the same about your negative post:)
I don’t have a problem with the outside at all, though.
Julie… it is simply called “standards”.
In any event… my observations are viable and constructive as I would like them to survive but at the same time a little more effort is needed to draw in the crowds. One being to look like they are open for business as well as being inviting and BE open when the 9-5 people are off of work.
Eric
Eric- As we say in real estate: it is what it is. “Standards” describes subjective preference. What is up to par for you, may not work for me. No biggie.
Obviously many people have tried this place, and enjoyed their experience there. I have brought a couple clients with me who were not the slightest bit turned off by the door style, or the lack of bay window. We do live in a city, after all. Many people who choose to live in a city find an urban look appealing.
Regarding hours, I’d suggest that you check out Perly’s, open from 7am-3pm. They have been doing a great business for years and years. Had brunch there with a friend the other day and we were lucky to get a table immediately. That joint was jumpin. Applebees hours are not required for success in a neighborhood grille.
I would, again, wholeheartedly recommend this spot for food, service, and convenience.
I went there at 7:45 this evening after seeing the “open” sign prominently displayed in the middle of the sidewalk. The doors were locked and they were closing the place down for the night. At 7:45 on a Tuesday?! I didn’t see their hours posted either. On Tuesdays Popkin’s Tavern has $5 pizettes (my favorite is the goat cheese with caramelized onion and Canadian ham!), so we spent Y’all’s money there instead. C’mon guys, that is a pretty crummy business model!
I should note that I have tried to visit the place three times but they are always closed. Hopefully 11-10 will eventually become reality. I’m ready to become a regular if they will be kind enough to have me as a customer.
Yet another restaurant critic that hasn’t even tried the food. Did Eric H. give birth to you? BTW, which restaurants do you like Eric, if you don’t mind my asking.
Yes, way up on #19 above it states they are supposed to be open until 10pm and extend to 2am when they get a liquor license but what happened? Yes, when you are not in a prominent spot and in a building that remained vacant for many years where people pass by it daily without giving it a second (or first) glance, you need to be more visible as well as have hours for the highest amount of patrons. They way it is being run now isn’t slated for success to be open very long?
Eric
Give them a break! They are just starting up and I am sure their schedule is a little off because of the holiday. It’s a Mom and Pop set up and sometimes Mom and Pop have things they have to do. I am sure as they add more business they will be able to hire more people and be able to be open longer.
PS Popkins Tavern kind of s**ks.
Mom and Pop or not, when you open and run a business it should be professional and not a “hobby” no matter how friendly they are. Opening as you please is not an option and will drive away customers. Is that the way they run “The Ranch”?
Along with opening a new business should be marketing strategy included within budgets to get the word out as well as a business study (includes structural, traffic flow, and demographics) so they can adjust for their audience.
Also saying they will be open until 10:00pm and only open until 7:00 one night, 6:00 another, or closed yet another all together is not good business sense. It takes some personal sacrifices to start up a business even if you have to do the cooking, serving, and cleaning all by yourself to maintain a set schedule so customers can rely upon.
That isn’t being critical but using common business sense.
Eric
You know folks, “Left of the Hill makes a good point and I think is being pretty nice about it.
“Left” isn’t complaining about the food or the decor. He/she is concerned that they are not keeping consistent hours and don’t have any hours posted. He/she is right, this is not a good business model. Left want to spend money there, but hasn’t been able to.
Y’all’s need to set specific hours (even if they are temporary) and stick to them.
You’re defending something that shouldn’t be defended, in my opinion.
I’m not saying he doesn’t have a point, I am saying to give them a break. They really have not been open long and it’s expensive work setting up a business. They may still be working second jobs to make this work. And, it is a holiday week.
True, opening a business is expensive but if plans were well laid out prior to opening, these problems would probably have worked themselves out. They should have planned this better especially if they already have a restaurant elsewhere.
I am sure sales traffic is down because of several factors including the low profile façade of the building, its location, lack of community knowledge that it exists, heavy competition within blocks, inconsistent hours, etc…
Money should have been budgeted for exterior remodeling and advertising. Remember, first impressions are important and what is the first thing you see of a business? The front door. How inviting is a iron gated door, windows that doesn’t look inviting or show what is going on inside, and a small cryptic sign? Since it is also attached to the end of the building and have a very narrow footprint, it needs to be more “in your face” and garish to attract attention. Easier to do with a non historic building built in the 1950s.
Someone also hinted about the lack of display windows due to the “area” but other businesses on the street have large windows and they all seem to survive. The key is that when a building is occupied it is less likely to be targeted.
tiny:
Understood. But, then they should post holiday hours. Wait staff and bar staff are cheap hourly wages. The cost is in the cook/s.
I’ve worked many a restaurant job and have hung around as a wait staffer and bartender in an empty place because the owner fulfilled their hour obligations. They didn’t close early because I wasn’t making any tips or because I had to make it to a second job.
The owner has another joint near the post office on Chamberlayne and I know his Dad really well. Good people. I’m sure he is trying to coordinate both places and that this might be growing pains.
But, they need to stick to set hours. “Left” has made three attempts to eat there. I’d say that’s a committed neighbor that wants to patronize Y’All’s. Let’s hope there are more like “Left” out there that will keep trying to go there despite the irregular hours.
hillkid… I too have driven by several times only to see the place closed up and dark. I along with others would like to try the place out but like “Left”, how can one do so without skipping work?
Eric
Me, too, hillkid. I am willing to wait out their growing pains as long as things settle down in the near future.
It took me forever to reply because I have to work. I guess E.H. doesn’t have to worry about working today.
After reading the critical posts (of just today), I thought going over to Ya’lls Grill to talk might be a good idea.
No posted hours: The grand opening isn’t until Dec. 1st. It’s called a “soft opening”. Community responses are being gauged, the staff is becoming familiar with the space and workings thereof… in other words, working out the kinks. I can understand why no set hours have been posted. Is it really worth being open until 8pm or 9pm, when you have ONE customer for hours previously? Would you post your hours, obligating yourself to stay open, and lose money for the sake of that one customer? After the grand opening maybe things will become more consistent.
The ABC license: This is well beyond their control. The appropriate paperwork has been submitted and waits in a large pile of other applications to be reviewed by a bureaucrat at a State office.
The Signage: The delay was on the sign company’s end. They were behind or overbooked. Anyway, the new sign is swinging high and bright, yet some continue to criticize.
The Bars on the Door: The current door is the door they found when first laying eyes on the building. It is going to be replaced, not because it offended the aesthetic sensibilities of the highly opinionated, because it simply needs to be replaced.
The High Window: Did anyone consider the cost of modifying the wall to accomodate a larger window? Let’s see… first, of course, the cost in dollars, the cost in lost business, and the lenghty process of dealing with the City (fees, permits, etc). Which would seems more practical? Spending money to install a big, new window or buying food to create lunch and dinner?
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. The owners and staff at Ya’lls Grill are doing what they can to make the restaurant a desirable place to visit and hang out. Show some patience. They have only been open a month. Better yet, why don’t you go down and talk with them before posting your opinions.
Well said LC.
Thank you LC.
And Mr. Corbett, you’re a hoot!
stopped by for lunch a few days ago…great experience–good food–nice people…go check it out. I can’t wait to go back.
I want all restaurants in this neighborhood to do well, especially the “mom and pop” operations! I’m simply crying out for these folks to tighten up a little bit so that they don’t turn people away. Soft openings and holiday hours are the norm for every locally owned restaurant, but then again so is posting the hours of operation. My post here is kind of like a frustrated fan shouting at the TV set when his favorite team makes a bad play in a game.
(tiny, #53 -Understood, but the total check for two at PT was $15.50, including tax. I also had a full meal with the leftovers. They made a convert out of me with their new, and well above average, dinner specials)
LC, Ramzi, all:
I have been, and it’s just fine. Still think that they should post something saying that it is a soft opening and when the grand opening is and the hours.
LC said:
“Is it really worth being open until 8pm or 9pm, when you have ONE customer for hours previously? Would you post your hours, obligating yourself to stay open, and lose money for the sake of that one customer? After the grand opening maybe things will become more consistent.”
Well that’s not sounding too good, even for a soft opening. Like you say, hope things improve.
I hope all Church Hill establishments make it through this rough economic period, especially the restaurants given the unprecedented amount of competition that currently exists in the Richmond area (400+). The Hill Cafe has deep pockets, but I’ve noticed a slowing of progress on the old Jumping J’s and Que Pasa appears to be struggling. I drive by The Ranch often and had no idea they were even open, let alone successful, so clearly these folks know what they are doing. Good luck to them and let’s just hope that Buzzy’s and Patrick Henry’s fare as well.
I believe that people are misinterpreting our comments as ill will rather than constructive criticism.. Just that the way “we” see things is not a good business model for a successful restaurant especially if you want to be high profile and high income.
The comment about the windows by LC is making a case about what it would do to business “now” but the building aesthetics could have been addressed and budgeted in when the building was purchased and done as a remodeling prior to opening the doors.
And the comment about staying open for ONE customer… if that is the case then why not drum up business so there will be more than ONE? Remember the TV commercials about your business isn’t going to know how to find customers on its own (targeting)? That is why you need magazine, radio, and local TV commercials (which can be reasonable in cost these days) to get the word out as well as pounding the pavement. If the owners think they can simply kick back and let it run itself are only fooling themselves no matter how good the food and service is “when” they are open. It can’t exist on a handful of customers all day long either.
Eric
Just had lunch and it was an excellent experience. Great food! Great service! Great time!
#32 — “…churchhill assoc of crybaby dorks…”
Agree or disagree with Buddy but you have to admit he turns a nice phrase.
#70/Jim:
I have never seen Buddy at a CHA meeting, event, volunteer clean-up, or any other activity to do with this org. How would he know if CHA members are “crybaby dorks?” And even if we are, we get good things done. We’re active and involved.
I find his turn of phrase pathetic offensive, uniformed and ignorant. He should take his own advice about not criticizing before trying it.
What is the latest about the liquor license situation? In post #20 dated November 4th, it states “when they get their liquor license” and looking at the latest online ABC License Report dated October 22, it does not show them on it for review. Has this fallen through and also means another blow for them?
Just had a great vegetarian lunch at Y’all’s and got the update on the other major food group: liquor.
The license to serve is due to be delivered any day now according to the owner. So it’s not dead at all…the ABC just had to do their usual thing.
Today I had a nice salad but ask for the spring mix if you avoid iceberg. Greek dressing is good, too.
Ate a nice veggie/cheesey omlet…not on the menu, but if they have eggs, they’ll make you one.
If you want eggs-all-day in the future, be sure to let the chef/owner know…gee i hope i’m not the only one. They’re working on menu development now.
Breakfast food is often “comfort food” for many and having some items available later in the day would be a great idea!
Thanks for the fiery debate. The bottom line is not every business model can be formed following the corporate structure (Mr. Huffs-whatever) If you would prefer a marketing blitz, perhaps you should invest financial and time equity into the efforts to grow local business. We are now full service. Try the food and drinks.
Well Hello Everyone,
I have been waiting for a few things to fall into place before I introduced my self to the CH neighborhood. So here goes. I am William C. Gooding, owner of the Yall’s Grill. I do also own The Ranch Restaurant, Precision Power Cleaning, and Rainbow Concessions. I would like to thank everyone for All of their comments, good and bad. A business does well if it listens first and then responds to the community. I am going to address each major concern I have read in this blog.
First the ABC-It was finally received on Friday Dec. 19th. We had our Beer and liquor on the shelf 1 hour after I signed the paperwork and posted our ABC Managers paper. So now you can come by and get one of Sara’s wonderful carribean flair mixed drinks.(Yes, she worked in the Virgin Islands for a couple of years as a bartender) and I am thrilled to have her here.
Second the Hours of operation. – I had beleived the ABC would of come quicker so I adjusted to the cash flow difference in order to stay within a budget. I would challenge any restaurant that is open at night to go without an ABC for 30 days and we would see their strategy change quickly as well. Now that we are ABC capable-Beginning December 22 our hours will be lunch and dinner 11a.m. to 10p.m. Monday-Thursday. Friday and Sat. 11a.m.-2a.m. Sunday 11 a.m.-8 p.m.—-Oh Yea I forgot to mention—I am starting breakfast 7 a.m. every weekday!!!!!So watch out the air will be fill with the smell of REAL HOME Cooking!!!
Third – The Doors Bars and Window. Yes – probably the absence of the bars and a nice view window would help, but I thought it was important to keep the original look since so many times when you make changes you would need to go through the Historical society and i did not want to rock the boat. Get open, get to know everyone, then look into changes.
Fourth – As far as the Ranch Restaurant, it is open M-F 7 a.m.-2:30p.m. and has been for the last 38+ years! Yes, It has a steady and loyal customer base I wouldn’t trade any thing in the world for.
Fifth- Marketing-When we first opened you might of had one of the Yall’s gang hand you one of the fliers, and yes we are going to be hitting the strets once again. We are getting with WDYL 101 for some night advertizing and website links. I liked the response from the dining Guide in the Richmond times dispatch for the Ranch so I already talked with them. So I think advertising is on its way to your door in the near future.
Well, hopefully I addressed some of the concerns and comments and look forward to meeting each and every one of you. Thank you so much for your support and please feel free to ask anything. I will check back from time to time when I can but unlike HS I’m kind of busy to blog regularly! Thanks!
Hi, everyone.
I would like to add my perspective into the mix. I just went to Y’all’s Grill Saturday night and had a wonderful visit.
The bartender and cooks were very humourous. We had an engaging conversation. I was able to enjoy a tasty Nacho appetizer and they had my favorite beer on tap. I caught a mean buzz for less than $25 and I’ll most certainly be back!!!
William (Bill?) … Many Thanks or responding to our concerns and noticed that you addressed a couple of mine 🙂
I know and appreciate your concern to keep the building “original” but since it was built in 1957, doubt it falls into the “historic” category. If that was the case I should be listed on it 🙂 With that said hope you can stay afloat during these hard times and profit to where you will be able to make the changes. I believe the function of the door and windows served its purpose when you had a bar and pool tables going but with a restaurant, you need the openness so people can look in and know customers are there and what they are doing – enjoying eating.
Now that you will be serving Breakfast, will you have Brunch Specials like the Hill Cafe? We like going there on Sunday for that but noticed quality, portions, and presentation has slid so we have stayed away for a while. Since you now have set hours a group of us will love to come by and try you out!
Eric
Went to Yall’s for dinner last nightand had a very good, economical meal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to going back for breakfast.
We recently ate a late lunch there. We almost passed it up because the door was stuck and we thought it was closed, but one of the employees came out and greeted us. We definitely had a pleasant experience as far as service, but the food (cheeseburger) was a bit ordinary. I didn’t find the burger to be “hand made”, and they said they used canned chicken for their chicken salad. We might try them again for dinner or breakfast.
i9 have lived in churchhill since 1999. i have been on the union hill house tour. i worked for ACORN as security for open houses they held in less than stellar neighborhoods. i know a lot of hardworking contractors and i know some folks just getting by. in the last 5 or so years i have noticed a new species arising in our neighborhood. this is the hysterical faux historian.they rail and kvetch about ANY work done in the area thatis not up to their own subjective standards with a fervor unseen since the inquisition.most of these vermin prefer to criticize hiding behind pseudonyms since obviously they are secretive and cowardly lot.their favorite beverage?mochachocodoubledecafappoccinno. favorite food? the bitter fruit of negativity. luckily they are a paraoid mistrustful bunch which slows down the reproduction rate. try to take a long term view and hope a new year will cause many to migrate to new environs wher they can continue on their twin missions of intolerance and exclusion. do not turn your back.they are a vicious breed.buddycorbettp.s. nobody is calling the cha names but i am sick of unattributable shit talking by peopleon this website who profess to speak for them without identifying themselves. i may be a one note johnny but transparency goes a long way towards encouraging accountability.
Maybe what you are sick of are people who know how to write complete sentences and use proper grammar and punctuation?
You claim to take offense with those who have “twin missions of intolerance and exclusion.” You rant and rail against “vermin” who engage in the “bitter fruit of negativity.”
As to posting their actual names on this site, given the nastiness of some of your remarks I can see why some people would not like to have you know their names and easily obtainable addresses.
And yet, your commentary and posts for the past six months establish you as the “Poster-Child” for the very transgressions you decry and describe.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally a summation of what everyone else on this blog has felt, but couldn’t put into words. Just the ultimate “bitter fruit”.
Went to breakfast last Friday morning– everything was made fresh and the service was great. I had a country breakfast of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, buttered toast and coffee. My friend had a nice western omelet–it’s great to have a breakfast place on Church Hill.
Excellent news! I will give it a try. Nice folks there.
I had a great experience last night not related to Y’all’s Grill. I was actually able to order and have dinner delivered to the house :O ! Oh, happy days! Great Chinese place that dropped a flyer on the door the other day – Wan Jing Lou on Creighton Road. The delivered in 30 minutes, everything was hot and tasty. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=Wan%20Jing%20Lou%20richmond%2C%20va&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl
Worth trying out too!

Stop talking bad about Yall’s Grill and just get to know the people that run it and you will go back time and time again. It doesn’t matter what the outside looks like it’s how they run it on the inside.
