an easier way to get involved

I’ve posted a list of Open Assignments, upcoming events and what not that it would be great to have words/photos from or about for the site. If you would like to help make this site that much better, you can volunteer to pick up one of the events that should be covered.

The process is easy. Check out the list. If you are interested or will be at an event anyway, click Sign me up. Complete the contact form on the next page and I’ll get back to you about any of the specific details.

This is a bit of an experiment on how to move this site forward. I’d really love to have more people involved, and this seems like an easy way for folks to bite off little pieces without having to commit too much. I certainly welcome any comments or suggestions.
