Sector 113 report for December

Lt.Martin Harrison’s December report for Sector 113 (PDF) is now available. List of significant arrests includes: Glenn Carter (driving recklessly, attempt to elude, possessing police scanning equipment in the commission of a felon; April Minns, Demond Winston, Michael Bowman, Hakeem Terry and Walter Clark (PWID marijuana, PWID schedule II (ecstasy), possession of crack cocaine, possession of prescription narcotics (Percocet), concealed weapon and maintaining a common nuisance);
Ronnie Lyons and Gary Roberts (breaking into vehicles in the Fairmont area); Deanise Scott- (prostitution); Lisa Madison (prostitution); and Kiana Lyons (prostitution)(again!).

The report also includes the description of a dramatic sounding search warrant served at 1408 North 26th Street:

1st Precinct FMT officers responded to 1408 N 26th Street in response to a Citizen Request/Complaint of drug activity. As we pulled up to the residence someone inside shut the front door and a juvenile ran out the back door and jumped the fence into the rear alley. Officers conducted a “knock and talk” and spoke with Sandra Jones (the owner) at the front door there was a very strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence.  “Plain smell of marijuana” identified herself as an owner of the house; she provided us consent to look around the residence.  We had everyone move into the front room and ran their information.  We found evidence of drug activity in this house i.e. (baggie corners with residue, roach’s in the ashtrays and the very strong odor of marijuana in the house). Melissa Jones had a felony capias on file.  She was taken into custody, transported to lock-up and served her capias.
