The City Council agenda for Jan.12 includes ordinances to acquire 1326 N. 26th Street, 821 Mosby Street, 1901 and 1903 O Street, and 504 North 33rd Street; and to provide “partial tax exemption in redevelopment or conservation areas or rehabilitation districts”.

Ord. No. 2008-303 (Patron: Mayor Wilder, By Request) – To amend Ord. No. 2008-133-137, *** which *** authorized the Acting Chief Administrative Officer to acquire *** 1326 N. 26th Street ***, to instead authorize the conveyance of the property by special warranty deed to the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
