Look at my dad!!!! What GREAT memories!
Thanks so much for posting that! I was there, at four years old. What wonderful memories of the Hill. And seeing my dad and his buddies almost 25 years younger is pretty great!
John, thanks for posting this. You’ve helped take this little sliver of yesteryear closer to its original setting, and to some of folks who created what I was trying to document.
We sure had more hair back then!
Umm…#1, Queen of Church Hill? A couple of us ….er, slightly older folks…. are wondering who your dad is. Would he be the same person as Post #2’s dad?! We did some elimination (during an offline conversation) and we weren’t sure but we sort of guessed that might be the case. You could probably give us all some laughs if you would please respond to this! Thanks!
And hey Blue – yep, there was a lot more hair back then!
