The folks at Richmond.com/inrich have a great video of folks sledding on “Libbie Hill” yesterday.

There were lots of people sledding/toboganing/tubing/snowboarding/skiing down the hills at Chimborazo Park, too. Some had video cameras, others had regular ones (like ourselves). It was a blast!!
