Notice of upcoming special meetings of CAR

The Commission of Architectural Review will be holding 2 special meetings over the next few days, the first to observe and discuss the site conditions at 2001 East Broad Street and the second for a demonstration of a message signboard at 719 North 25th Street.

The Commission of Architectural Review will meet with Commission staff for a discussion of site conditions at 2001 East Broad Street on Friday, March 20th, at 2001 EAST BROAD ST at 3PM. The Commission and staff will discuss the site and the surroundings together in the field. The meeting will also include a visit to the nearby Taylor’s Hill overlook at 200 N 22ND ST and 2190 ALDEN AAROE LANE, in order to get a visual overview of the project site and the Shockoe Valley Old and Historic District.

The Commission of Architectural Review will meet with Commission staff for a demonstration of a message signboard on Wednesday, March 25th, at 719 NORTH 25TH ST at 4PM.
