There is no longer a crooked house at 2200 Marshall Street.

Please come by this house this coming Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 for an open house to see the progress that has been made. It’s for sale for $260,000, and all the work is first class, as is always the case when David Cooley takes on a project.
Bill, what a good idea to have an open house during the Church Hill house tour! I hope you’ve also got some way to tell the folks who will be here on the tour about the open house, even if it’s just a notice at point of sale for house tour tickets!
Agreed, anything David (and in this case, Josh) Cooley and RBVa do is spectacular! This one went from derelict and crooked to straightened and well on the way to wonderful!
