Wanna buy a $20,000 house?

From the description on Fizber.com:
This is a handsome lovely single family home of three great bedrooms and one lovely baths. This is a beautiful home it will sell fast.
This fizber site seems dodgy — does anyone know anything about it? In addition to listing houses that have been semi-recently demolished, a derelict property on Q Street is for sale for $25,900 and also for $42,900.
Other sub-$30,000 jewels in the area include: 1420 North 23rd Street, 914 North 21st Street, 2218 Fairmount Avenue, 1201 North 29th Street, 3108 Q Street, and 1310 North 34th Street.
These are the ones the owners should be selling for $10,000 or giving away….people in construction cannot pay that much for these homes when they practically need to be rebuilt, costing $80-$100,000 to do a full renovation….the re-sale on this isn’t more than around $125K on those blocks right now….unless someone is in a position to rent them or owner finance them after they are completed- the Better Housing Coalition and Habitat for Humanity is doing some developments in that area that could really help the values up there…..Cheers to bettering our neighborhood!!! This is great!
personally, i may suggest suppose alliance with the home refurbish firm and sell with the refurbishing package that give a free home. i may get easier to sell out the very used home.
