Anybody lose a small white/grey terrier?

Craigslist has word on a dog that has been found:

about two days ago, my roommate found a small, friendly white/grey terrier mix, it is a female and has no collar. we’ve taken her in, she doesn’t seem to be very responsive to sound, and doesn’t seem to be very active, she’s been hiding most of the time and has a skin rash or mange. if anyone has lost a dog around the churchhill or eastend area please contact Dylan at 804 389 2076.
