It was stolen early Sunday 11/22/09 from 33rd and Broad. It is a Honda XR400 motocross bike with a baja kit on it (which makes it street legal, turn signals and mirror). It is red with white rear fairings. It is lifted and sits fairly high, it is very unique and i would really like to get it back. Any help is appreciated.
i actually remember driving by this bike on saturday afternoon (at said location) and thinking- WOW, that’s just waiting to be stolen! it wasn’t chained or anything. I hope you get it back, but really…
it was unlocked during the day while i was working on it, it wasnt starting plus i was home during that time. Ive never had a problem in the city with leaving my bike on the street where its lit, but i suppose from now on i’ll chain up each wheel and have 3 alarms on it! Please keep an eye out guys, i would like to hope the community could help!!

thats her! The most unique thing is how high it sits, i am 6’2 and when i would stop i would need to stand on my toes to balance myself. The fairings on the side are 2 piece rather than the comparable XR650 which is one piece. ( on mine im referring to the black and white plastic pieces towards the back ). Also in the pics you can see the rear turn signals (not factory) and in the front there are also small turn signals, however the plastic cover for the front right turn signal was broken so only the bulb is there, not the orange cover. Also its kind of hard to tell in the pics but there is also an aftermarket brake light between the rear turn signals.
Please keep an eye out, I know thefts are frequent but i pretty much live on student loans and cannot afford to purchase another vehicle right now ( i ride my bike year round ).
