Holiday trash pick-up schedule

Due to the Christmas and New Year’s Day Holidays, the city of Richmond Solid Waste Management Division will be closed on Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1. Refuse collections that are delayed due to the Christmas holiday will resume on Saturday, December 26. Refuse collections that are delayed due to the New Year’s Day holiday will resume on Saturday, January 2.
Also, the East Richmond Road Convenience Center will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 24 and Saturday, December 26. It will also open Saturday, January 2 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The facility will be closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
