I guess what is missing from these listings are the folks who call those properties HOME and the story of what becomes of them next.
2009 was not a forgiving year and one day, THAT could be our home. A very real and devastating possibility.
John, I’m not sure about the others but I sold 822, 824 and 826 N 27th St to a local non profit about 2 weeks ago. Closing should happen in March so look forward to having 3 nicely renovated 3 bedroom 1.5 baths which should be ready for occupancy this Summer!!!

I have an offer in for a buyer on one of the other above-listed properties, but it’s hung up with the bank. :/ I hope they let us buy it before they auction it off — you would think they’d want to sell it if someone wants to buy it, but no, that would make sense.
