A series of legal notices in the Richmond Free Press have details on a number of properties that are going up for auction in February, including 5 in our area that were all previously owned by Oliver Lawrence’s Bayou Properties.

In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $248,000, dated November 13, 2006, recorded as Instrument Number 060039512 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond, Virginia, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of the Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will on February 16, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., by the entrance of the John Marshall Courts Building, 400 North Ninth Street, Richmond, VA 23219, offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder the property described in said deed, with improvements thereon, and briefly described as:
