Also, for what it is worth, the 21st Street and Venable Street properties were formerly owned by Oliver Lawrence. These properties, and their respective neighborhoods, deserve better.
Slap again to Mr. Lawrence. He desreves it. I only wish to have the resources to own the properties he has. There is no excuse for them to be in such conditions accept for pure greed. Wonder how much he is spending now and will be loss because of his poor property management.
