Poor Fairmount Avenue can’t catch a break: name a Richmond slumlord and dollars to donuts they own a vacant house on the once grand street. Richmond Slumlord Watch today outs Linilton Realty, owner of vacant properties on Fairmount Avenue and Whitcomb Street.

i’ll give them $10k for it. and make it a nice home to rent. I’d fix them all up.
I am so tired of theses people or groups owning property and doing nothing with them. I would love to have such great fortune. I own 2 properties in the area and treat them like I live in them. My tenants are very well taken care of. I have plans for about 8 other properties in the area but just cant get financing. Man o Man people dont know how good they have it.
