Another shooting near Mosby

There was another weird shooting near Mosby last night:
The woman told police she was in the 1400 block of Bryan Street, walking home from a store at 9:10 p.m. when she heard a gunshot and realized she had been shot. Neighbors said they were unsure of the source of the gunshot but saw a car leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
wtf.
Was she high or extremely fat or what?
