Church Hill North Civic Association meets Saturday

The Church Hill North Civic Association has announced a meeting this Saturday, June 19, at 9:30AM at 316 North 24th Street:
Church Hill North (CHN) Civic Association will update it’s position letter on the City’s Zoning Proposal based on this vote. The goal is to represent more households in CHN Old and Historic District, especially those impacted by R-63 (26th St, TZone, west of Post Office).
Unfortunately i had the displeasure of watching The Jim Dabb Show at the T Shaped Area Rezoning meeting. He tried once again to take over the meeting and made a complete ASS of himself. This guy is a One Trick Pony. Don’t believe any of his scare tactics about R63 zoning. The majority of his argument is based on skewing the truth to try to pursuade the uninformed to buy his load of Crap. His attempts at impuning the rights of property owners and small businesses is little more than a selfish, self-serving agenda that has no basis in fact. Hey Jim!If you don’t like R63, Move to Oakwood Heights.
I too, have been witness to Jim’s tirades at public meetings. It’s just down right embarrassing.
