07/29/2010 3:37 PM by John M
Richmond Magazine’s Best & Worst 2010 issue is out and gives some local recognition: Dr.Jack/Church Hill Animal Hospital got a runner-up for “Best Veterinarian”, Millie’s picked up “Best Brunch Menu” and tied for “Best Downtown Restaurant”, Church Hill got #2 for “Worst Neighborhood or Street to Live on When It Snows” and for “Best Established and/or Historic Neighborhood”, and CHPN scored “Best Neighborhood Blog”.
Best Neighborhood Blog in the area by far. Thank you, john_m…you are awesome.
and CHPN scored “Best Neighborhood Blog”.
CONGRATS JOHN MURDEN!!!!!!!!!
Oh and ‘go neighbors’ – since they’re the ones who keep up the conversation after John posts the threads!
GlobeHopper was voted 3rd best place to see live jazz. I’m pretty sure there was some sort of typo that left us off the coffee list 😉
Congrats, John. Good to see you get the recognition you deserve.
Congrats CHPN! Rightly deserved.
Congratulations, John. But we didn’t need a contest to tell us that we have the best neighborhood blog! Thanks for all you do for your neighborhood peeps.
John,
Congratulations and thanks for all you do!
Very much deserved.
Congratulations John!
Well deserved….really nice work here.
John,
Church Hill would be so much worse off without “our” CHPN – your interface with our community is unparalled, thank you for all the hours you put in.
More congrats!
John, let me add my congratulations to those you’ve already received and add another coup for Church Hill – Lisa Taranto who was one of the selected people that ‘make Richmond a happier place’. Lisa is known as an artist and for Tricycle and Chimborazo Community Gardens, to name local efforts.
KUDOS John! Nuff said!
