3404 is a vacant lot assessed at $72K. Does anyone know if it’s the empty lot or the house at 3406?
I think it is a typo. I think it is supposed to be 3404 E. Broad Rock Street. I only figured it out when I typed the address in Google Maps and it asked me if I meant Broad Rock instead. The zip code would be 23223 if it was up in Church Hill right?
Good catch. I wondered about that when I copied it over.
Well, some of us can only hope that the persons who have been foreclosed are the same ones that the city waives their personal property taxes because they can’t afford to pay it. As I see it, if you can’t pay your taxes, sell your house
