The RTD is reporting that Richmond Police “are investigating a shooting on Selden Street in Fairfield Court in Richmond’s East End.”

Being installed within lots of American cities. Audio surveillance that can locate a gunshot within 35 ft.
UPDATED: “Witnesses told police the man was shot when a light-colored, four-door vehicle — possibly a white Nissan Altima — pulled up and a light-skinned black male leaned out a passenger window and began shooting.”
It had been so quiet lately… when can we demolish the projects again?
