Virginia LISC 20th Anniversary Photography Contest entries due on Friday

Know a young photographer in the Greater Fulton area? Entries are due this Friday for the Virginia LISC 20th Anniversary Photography Contest:

We invite young photographers ages 12 to 18 who reside in one of our 5 Target Areas to help us celebrate our 20th Anniversary in the Richmond metro area by sharing your best original high resolution photos taken in your neighborhood. Using the lens of your camera, enter photos that best represent our tag line, “Helping Neighbors Build Communities.”

To celebrate 20 years of “Supporting Revitalization of Local Neighborhoods,” LISC is inviting young photographers ages 12-18 to submit original photos taken in their neighborhood that best represent the tagline, “Helping Neighbors Build Communities.”

Eligible Participants
Students ages 12-18 who live in one of LISC’s five neighborhoods, including Battersea and Halifax in Petersburg; and Northside, Southside and Greater Fulton in Richmond.

Prizes
GRAND PRIZE (sponsored by CRT/tanaka): iPod Touch
For Each Neighborhood: 1st place: $50 gift certificate / 2nd place: $25 gift certificate
