Want a nice cat?

Peggy is looking for a good home for Cora:
There is a stray in our neighborhood who needs a home badly. […] Her name is Cora (we named her) and she is a sweet, affectionate stray. I’m fairly certain that she had a home at one time and was abandoned because she is incredibly friendly. We feed her, but we have four cats and simply cannot adopt her.
We frequently find her peering into our kitchen window and when I open the back door to feed her, she tries to come in. She SO much wants a loving home. She breaks my heart.
If you or anyone you know can give her a home, she would be eternally grateful and so would we. Dr. Jack spayed her, but I’m not sure about shots. If you or someone you know adopt her, though, we could chip in for those….

We have been looking to adopt a cat. Can I e-mail you?
Hello Karen. You can e-mail me at logicalmess@gmail.com
Thanks!
Very nice! Let us know how it works out, Karen.
Will do!
Hey – two’s company. Don’t forget the handsome orange and white kitty from the Nov. 4th post. Looks like he needs a home as well!
Karen,is this cat from around 33rd st.?
If so, she is about five years old and has been an alley cat her whole life, i used to feed her when i lived on 33rd, but my dogs aren’t so fond of cats, so we could never take her in. Peggy she is a very friendly cat who deserves a good home. we called her Miss Kitty, i hope things work out.
Yes, Shawn, she is from 33rd St.! I think, though, that this is a different cat, because I’m pretty sure that she is younger. I’m not sure though! Either way, you are right, she is a wonderful cat and deserves a home.
@Bill – my husband and I went over last evening and met Cora and we will be “adopting” her on Sunday!!
#8, awww, that’s so great! I’m happy for you and your husband and most of all for Cora! Any cat that peers in a kitchen window and tries to come in deserves a real home!
I also hope that Bebe, the black cat that got out of his carrier on East Franklin St. earlier this summer, has found a home. It’s getting a bit chilly out there for cats to be outside.

Bravo, Karen! That sweet cat deserves nice people like you. I wish you three many years of snuggles and smiles. 🙂
Karen,
Congrats on your new kitty! It’s great that Cora has found a good loving home!
We are so grateful to Karen and her husband. So is Cora! 🙂
