New lieutenant for Sector 113

Lieutenant Cynthia Riley is taking over Sector 113 from Lieutenant Martin Harrison who moves on as FMT (Focus Mission Team)/ Detective OIC:

Your new Sector Lieutenant is Lieutenant Cynthia Riley. She has been with the department for over 15 years and was one of the original Sector Lieutenants when the program was first instituted. You are in good hands. I will be accompanying her to all of the December meetings to make our transition smooth and I will continue to attend the meetings as the FMT/Detective OIC.
