Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club School of Performing Arts

Good words on the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club:
Almost every room in The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club is a multipurpose room. The computer lab is also the music theory classroom and the ballet studio. The library is a choral audition room and a practice room for drumming. The gym moonlights as a recital hall.
That’s because this Richmond building perched on the eastern edge of Church Hill is not just an after-school care facility. It’s also the home of The Salvation Army’s School of Performing Arts, an outreach program that provides free classes in dance and music to any child willing to commit to attendance.
