01/20/2011 8:18 PM by John M
What’s the best way to find an English basement apt in the Church Hill area? Craigslist, CHPN classifieds, Civic Assoc?
http://www.padmapper.com -> I highly recommend this website.
pretty sure theres an ad for an english basement apt on capt buzzys window
Try CCI at 648-4420, they manage a lot of properties up here.
I have a duplex apartment for rent if you’re interested. 2 Beds/1 Bath on E. Marshall St. $750/month
You can also sometimes still find things by just walking around up here and looking for ‘for rent’ signs. I’ve found places that way in the past, and also by talking to neighbors. Buzzy’s is a good place to start with that notice that #2 mentioned.
Craigslist also gets lots of ads for places up here.
Where is the apartment that’s on Marshall?
I found my house on Craigslist. However, be prepared to sort through 100’s of spam ads from the Richmond apartment complexes.
There’s a for rent sign on the 300 block of 25th. Upstairs window.
My apartment for rent is at 3319 E. Marshall
There is an english basement apartment
available on Libby Terrace @ about 3007
