Richmond Police say the first incident happened in the 1900 block of Redd Street around 6:00 p.m. Friday. […]
Then, about nine and a half hours later, police say they responded to the 900 block of North 21st Street, and found another person shot twice in the upper body. That victim was taken to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
