Anyone know which unit the 2511 E Broad Street one is?
Alex, I’m not positive but think it is Unit 2 which is a basement unit. Need more description before being sure, and the notice doesn’t give complete information. You might check Style’s legal ads, and/or the ones at the actual courthouse, for complete description, if you are seriously interested.

Alex it IS Unit 2, I found the ad in Style magazine. Cannot be rented out, must be owner occupied according to the condo by-laws.
