Does this mean no more rap music from every other car? Can hear that crap blocks away.
I doubt it. By the time you call the police and they respond to your low-priority complaint, the person responsible for the noise will be long gone. That’s been my experience as I live close to a place where people leave their cars running – under a no parking sign – and stereos VIBRATING x-rated music while they “run in” the store.
Think we’ve both experienced the same thing. I still call the cops and they are usually gone but have had some luck. I live up the block and can hear the noise inside my house.
