Have you seen a chubby cat with a 1/2 tail?

Missing Brown/Black Tabby Cat. McGee is a chubby boy (approx. 18lbs) and has a very noticeable half tail. He is neutered and possibly chipped but has no collar on. He lives at the corner of E.
