To Bear’s owners: I hope you find your puppy. How in the heck does he keep getting away from you though? This is the second time he has been on CHPN and I found him loose once and sat on the porch with him till his owner came around. Maybe you need a new collar? Or a new fence? Is he mircrochipped? Does he have a tag on with your phone number?
A friend’s housemate found him last Saturday, and he’s since returned home, according to the friend’s Facebook page.
