Church Hill’s beloved BBQ take-out window serves up amazing pulled pork sandwiches, beef brisket and St. Louis spare ribs with stand-out side dishes such as Texas caviar and mac ‘n’ cheese with jalepenos. […] While other barbecue joints like Q and Bill’s Barbecue serve up tasty ‘cue to go, Alamo is strictly to go (aside from a handful of outdoor tables).

The Texas Trainwreck w/ brisket is my favorite take-out meal. I could probably eat one everyday.
On the Alamo note, heard this weekend that they will have Gelati Celeste ice cream soon. They are even getting an exclusive flavor – bourbon chocolate pecan or something like that. Should go great with the BBQ.
