Fresh veggies today at 22nd and Carrington
04/29/2012 9:30 AM by John M
Romaine, spinach, chard, bok choy, mustard & collard greens, radishes, onions, garlic @22nd and Carrington Street 12-3PM today.
Today get fresh veggies and fresh pasture-raised, free roaming eggs and herd shares from Faith Farms. We also have the cheapest quality rain barrels for $55 each to benefit Green Unity. Come on by!
Least expensive, quality rain barrels that is 🙂
@Rachel–is this going to be a regular thing?
Definitely. I’ll be there every Sunday unless I get completely rained out or am on vacation. Check my new Facbook page for updates and the latest fresh veggies of the week.
I should have snap peas and more collards soon, and next week I’ll have the first rolling composter for sale for only $25 with proceeds benefitting Green Unity. Faith Farms is letting me sell their eggs and herd shares to benefit Green Unity, and I should have honey, blackberry jam and egg noodles from them to sell soon!
Let me know if you have any special requests and if enough people ask I’ll grow it! This year I’ll be growing okra by request, as well as my usual cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and more!
