D Boon, our 18-month-old mountain cur, has run away. He was heading north on 23rd, toward Venable, when I last saw him. He’s wearing a black leather collar with tags that have his and our names, our address, and our phone numbers, and he has a microchip. He’s very playful, friendly, and thinks he’s on a big adventure. So glad to hear it!! Is he hobbled or chained up, or just placed on restriction??
