Local man shot to death in Northside

The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim of yesterday’s homicide on Chamberlayne Avenue and has made an arrest.
 
Detectives have identified the victim as Jerome L. Harris, 38, of the 1500 block of North 35th Street. Police arrested Curtis R. Lee, Jr., 47, of the 3800 block of Chamberlayne Avenue.
