There are a couple on 31st that went away this week too.
Sad to see these two go, but they were not far from coming down on their own. The one on the left had some serious title issues.
1200 n 31st has a demollition notice on it also.
1123 N 31st St was demolished sometime this week also. Very unfortunate; I have been trying to contact the owner to see if he was willing to see. Didn’t look to be in terrible shape.
I have a couple on 25th Street that they need to send the wrecking ball over to deal with…
